Placing an Order

Before placing an order, please carefully read and understand the following Terms & Conditions. As all our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns. Please be aware that the production time for your custom order is 6-8 weeks.

Color Accuracy

Our goal is to describe our products on the website as accurately as possible. However, please note that the colors of the products shown on the website may differ from their actual colors due to the color settings of your device. We are not responsible for any such discrepancies.

Website Information

We cannot guarantee that the content of the website is free of inaccuracies or typographical errors. We reserve the right to amend the content of the website at any time. Although we strive to display the correct texts, images, and pricing on the website, errors may occur. We cannot be held responsible for any damage caused by using the website or being unable to use the website. We cannot guarantee problem-free, uninterrupted, and secure access to the website.

Pricing

All prices are stated in EUR (Euro) and include local taxes and fees. We reserve the right to change or adjust any prices on the website at any time.

Order Confirmation

After you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email within 3 business days. The email will contain your order reference number, details of the object you have ordered, and the estimated delivery time.

If something is incorrect in the order confirmation, such as the delivery address, invoice address, or the product, please contact us as soon as possible at our customer service email.

Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we may, at our discretion, choose not to accept your order for any reason without any liability to you.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has been processed, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with all relevant information about your order, including the estimated delivery time.

Payment

We accept payment with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Cartes Bancaires, JCB, China Union Pay, Diners, and ApplePay. We also accept bank transfers. Your card will be debited with the purchase amount once we have sent you the order confirmation email.

You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to us, your order will be cancelled.

We are not responsible for any charges or penalties that may be imposed by the payment provider as a result of payment being processed in respect of your order.

Shipping

Please note that delivery times are provided as guidelines only and commence from the date of dispatch. The delivery times do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization.
